Our areas of responsibility

Quality management

We live quality. As a service provider, the quality of our work is crucial for the satisfaction of our clients. Our QM team supports the head office and the sites in the continuous development and improvement of the quality management system. We attach great importance to customised solutions in addition to the overall, standardised requirements. This means that our quality management system is always tailored to the respective service.

Environmental management

For us, sustainable development means thinking about tomorrow today and keeping an eye on society and the environment through consistently responsible management. We have created an environmental management section under the guiding principle of “green logistics”. This section takes into account all environmental aspects, analyses their sustainability potential and presents this in corresponding reports. In addition, our team supports and advises all departments and sites on relevant environmental issues such as reducing energy consumption or optimising waste management.

Occupational health management

REICHHART is responsible for the health and safety of around 1,000 employees. That is why advising our managers on all issues relating to occupational health and safety has top priority. For this purpose, regular occupational safety appointments and on-site inspections take place at the various sites. We take preventive measures and assess any possible hazards. In this way, we can take appropriate measures in good time and guarantee the safety of our colleagues. Regular training for our employees support this preventive approach.

The varied everyday work as a QM consultant

In the quality management team, variety is on the agenda; no two days are the same. We design our days flexibly and plan our tasks individually depending on requirements and projects.

What we like at REICHHART

“I like the constant development perspective. From the start of my apprenticeship in 2010 until now, I've learned an incredible amount. Since completing my apprenticeship, I have also done several continuing professional development courses.”

Sunay S.

“I like the varied everyday work best. I am always visiting other sites and advising them on various topics in the area of occupational safety. I am never bored.”

Claas K.

“It is important to me that I can combine my job with my private life. Thanks to a change of location with the same tasks, this is possible for me at REICHHART. Despite the predominantly digital collaboration, I appreciate the good relationship I have with my colleagues.”

Individual options

We know that the continuous development of our employees is the foundation of our success. That is why we rely on professional induction, regular employee appraisals, mutual target agreements and continuous development prospects. In addition to the standard office training courses and workshops for skills, we offer various training courses in the area of quality management. This is how we ensure that we know all requirements and are optimally prepared for audits. We also train our colleagues in various areas such as air freight, occupational safety and data protection. Depending on your interests, you can increase your qualifications and we strengthen our team's expertise.

Working together on an equal footing

In my team, it is particularly important to me to always have an open ear for my employees and to solve problems together with them. To do this, we have regular team meetings and individual appointments. In everyday life, the consultants work very independently and self-sufficiently; they can plan their tasks independently and organise the implementation themselves. I trust my employees and give them active support. In this way, together as a team, we always achieve the best result.
