Apprenticeship – get started right away at full speed
Are you about to leave school or have you already finished school? Then, use the opportunity to start your professional life ready for action.
You will get to know a new area of work every three to six months during your apprenticeship at our company headquarters in Gilching near Munich or at one of our sites. You will gain insights into the varied activities in our various areas of expertise in which you provide support. As a certified training company, we offer regular mentoring and internal training for our apprentices. In this way, you are optimally prepared for your assignments in the company and the intermediate and final exams.
As a family company, we want to offer our trainees long-term prospects. With good performance, nothing stands in the way of a permanent employment relationship after graduation.

Dual study
Is full-time study not right for you? Then, complete a dual course of study with us.
In cooperation with universities (e.g. the IU International University of Applied Science, Munich for logistics or the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, Stuttgart for IT), we offer you practical experience that matches the focus of your studies.
After admission to the university of your choice, you apply to us as a dual student. If you have successfully mastered the application process, we will enter into cooperation with your university. With us, dual students benefit from gaining work experience in many departments and getting to know a company that operates across Europe.
With this program, we sustainably support the next generation in our company. We are therefore convinced that the course offers the perfect basis to join us after graduation.
ICS funding model
Already establishing contacts in business during your studies? We offer this in cooperation with the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
The I.C.S. funding model is a program for students to gain relevant practical experience during their studies. The universities select good students from the fourth semester who can apply to companies for funding agreements.
After signing the funding contract, you will spend your practical stages with us in the company and continue to visit your university for the theoretical stages. Until you graduate, you will be employed by us as a working student and we will support you financially with the semester fees.
Internship
Would you like to do a school or holiday internship, find the right apprenticeship or simply gain your first professional experience? Then, we will give you exciting insights into the world of logistics.
Our qualified internship supervisors ensure that you are specifically trained and that you can support the teams in the best possible way. This means that you will find out during the internship which tasks our teams master every day.
