At REICHHART, we attach great importance to integrating new colleagues well into their teams and to give them all the important tools for their new responsibilities.
In the commercial area, this is done by the team members at the site. For commercial topics, we offer a two-day onboarding programming that provides our new colleagues with comprehensive support in the early stages of their career with us. In this context, all relevant company departments and contacts introduce themselves and you will experience the world of REICHHART. Each employee also receives an induction plan, personalised with great care, which contains all the important basics for their new position. This can be training, discussions, site visits or an introduction to specific topics. In this way, you will get to know all the important corporate structures and functions at an early stage.

Individual training under one roof
Our internal REICHHART training catalogue creates a platform for our employees with comprehensive qualification offers. Wide-ranging, practical solutions for training and further education ensure qualitative standards of knowledge and ensure that you regularly develop your professional, personal, methodological and leadership skills.
One focus of our training portfolio is the target group-specific offers to develop and expand your logistics skills. In addition to face-to-face training, we are also increasingly relying on online-based learning applications. There is also the modular qualification program for commercial managers. Regular training courses enable managers to develop their skills in line with their current level of development.

Employee interviews and target agreements
Right from the start, you will be involved in regular discussions with your supervisor: It starts with a probationary interview, through to an employee interview and a development interview. The focus here is on talking to your supervisor about your own performance and development opportunities. The individually agreed development measures form the basis for continuous further qualification in your own specialist, digital, social or methodological skills.
To ensure that our corporate strategy is anchored successfully and long-term, we agree an annual target agreement with our managers. On the basis of individual target agreement discussions, we hereby guarantee that the corporate strategy is implemented in individual activities and measures.
