Warehouse logistics
From incoming goods to dispatch: Our colleagues in the warehouse have a wide variety of responsibilities. They ensure that all tasks are completed on time using forklift and industrial trucks, or by picking and packing.
Group/team management (operational logistics)
Our group and team leaders are the driving forces behind our locations. From preparation and work organisation to compliance with our quality guidelines, you are the responsible contact for your teams. You train employees, support the development of new processes and accompany their introduction. This enables us to successfully handle the day-to-day business of our customers.
Professional drivers
Internal, local or long-distance transport – professional drivers have the choice with us. Our young vehicle fleet is state-of-the-art and comfortably equipped. Supported by modern communication technology, we transport our customers' goods reliably and on time to their destination. In addition, we offer a wide range of opportunities for further development, for example for trade fair logistics or long vehicle drivers.
Planning and control centre
We plan and monitor the daily trips of over 70 vehicles. In addition to the drivers, our dispatchers communicate with our customers and thus ensure that shipments are made efficiently and on time. In addition to planning, designing and implementing new distribution structures, you will responsibly ensure compliance with the driving, rest and working hours of our professional drivers.
Project management
Planning, implementation and ongoing optimisation of processes – our project managers are logistical all-rounders. You process tenders, make presentations to future clients and are involved until the project is completed. You never lose sight of profitability, quality and optimisation potential. In addition to traditional logistics projects, we are looking for specialists with a focus on IT.
Software development
Front-end, back-end and mobile applications, C#.NET, C#ASP.NET MVC are familiar concepts to our colleagues. Together with our UX/UI team, we develop innovations for our logistics software motus in two-week development sprints. Depending on customer requirements, we also develop customised software extensions.
IT infrastructure and help desk
Over 300 employees depend on functioning IT technology every day. Our team provides you with stable and secure IT infrastructures, hybrid cloud solutions and constant system automation. This is how we ensure the smooth IT operation of all our REICHHART colleagues on a daily basis.
UX/UI design
Our UX/UI designers work on conceptual, visual and prototypical solutions in the field of IT logistics. Ideas become solutions in close cooperation with the Development team.
IT project and application management
The area covers a wide range of IT tasks. Your colleagues and you are responsible for the selection, introduction and further development of all purchasing software projects in the Reichhart Logistik Group and act as an interface between IT, service providers and departments.
Central corporate functions
One for all, all for one. Our employees at the head office support our competence centres in cross-departmental tasks. The human resources, legal, purchasing, finance, corporate communication, quality and knowledge management departments ensure that everything runs smoothly in direct dialogue with their colleagues.
Quality management
We live quality. As a service provider, the quality of our work is crucial for the satisfaction of our clients. Our QM team supports the head office and the locations in the further development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
