Hi, hiya and hello. We are the techies of REICHHART Logistik. We develop high-performance tailor-made IT solutions and optimise the efficiency of logistics processes with seamless transparency. Here, software development and the IT infrastructure, which we design, implement and then continue to support for our clients, are in harmony.

Software and product development
The development team works on front-end, back-end and mobile applications. Using agile development processes, together with our own UX/UI team, it develops the logistics software motus as well as individual software extensions according to customer requirements.
IT infrastructure and service desk
Stable and secure IT infrastructures, hybrid server solutions and constant system automation in REICHHART Logistik are the responsibility of the network team. Our service desk also ensures that IT operations run smoothly for all our colleagues on a daily basis.
IT project management
Our projects team has a wide range of responsibilities. It is responsible for the selection, introduction and further development of all proprietary software projects in REICHHART Logistik and acts as an interface between IT, service providers and the departments. It fulfils additional tasks such as IT specialist purchasing and IT process management.
UX/UI and product design
Our design team develops conceptual, visual and prototypical solutions in the field of IT logistics. In close cooperation with the development team, ideas become solutions.

We are based in Gilching (near Munich) and Frankfurt am Main and are developing specialist skills at both locations. That means you can freely choose your main place of work. Technical and management career planning
We promote our employees in a goal-oriented way. At the beginning of the employment relationship, you will be classified in one of our up to four specialist career levels according to your professional training and experience, your activities and personality traits. Regular team events
Twice a year there is a large two-day REICHHART digital logistics team event with all our colleagues. The two days focus on team development and having fun together, i.e. the perfect combination of professional coaching, high spirits and team building.
