REICHHART Logistik wins the tender of BAT Germany and takes over central tasks in Bayreuth

Gilching near Munich – The logistics service provider REICHHART has won the tender of British American Tobacco (Germany) GmbH for the logistics centre in Bayreuth. The effective cooperation with BAT Germany ensured a smooth transition and a successful start to services.

Since April 1, 2024, REICHHART Logistik has taken over responsibility for important logistics areas at BAT Germany at the Bayreuth site. These include, for example, the German Central Warehouse with handling and picking activities as well as the loading and receiving of BAT products.

Focus on quality, many years of expertise, and cooperative partnership

The decisive factors for the order were customer orientation and flexibility as well as the high-quality awareness of the logistics company. REICHHART Logistik was able to offer a value-adding solution with efficient use of resources and successfully illustrate the added value of this. At the same time, the logistics service provider's many years of expertise were convincing: in the future, complex logistical challenges and changing requirements will be mastered efficiently together.
