REICHHART Logistik takes over transport logistics services for ebm-papst in Landshut

Since January 2025, REICHHART Logistik has been providing transport logistics services for ebm-papst in Landshut. ebm-papst offers solutions for all aspects of air and heating technology and operates 27 production sites worldwide, including the Landshut site.

The new service at a glance

REICHHART Logistik works for ebm-papst in the area of plant and regular transport. The contract will initially run for two years, with the option to extend. The contract covers the delivery of prepared goods between two production sites located in close proximity. The closely timed transport operations require a high level of attention and reliability on the part of the drivers.

REICHHART Logistik uses its own equipment for this job, including four trailers and two tractor units. Two drivers, who were taken over from the previous service provider, ensure a smooth transition and appreciate the uncomplicated communication at REICHHART Logistik.

‘Our contacts on site were very friendly and courteous. They gave us a tour of the modern, highly automated plant, where up to 2,500 pallets are moved every day. Afterwards, we were able to talk a bit more about the upcoming collaboration. I'm looking forward to looking after the customer,’ says Thomas Westerholz, Project Manager at REICHHART Logistik.
