REICHHART celebrates best apprenticeship completion in Bavaria
Our colleague Sonia Ousmanzanova completed her training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk with the best grade in her year - and was awarded by the Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Outstanding performance with exemplary character
With 92 points and the grade "very good", Sonia achieved the best result of her training year in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The award ceremony took place on November 20, 2025 as part of the event "IHK Training Exam Best 2025" at the GOP Varieté-Theater in Munich.
Already after the intermediate examination, Sonia was able to shorten her training period by six months and completed the training in only 30 months.
Training with prospects
The award is not only a personal success, but also underlines REICHHART's commitment to the promotion of young talent. "We not only support young talents professionally, but also promote their personal development. After all, logistics is a key industry – and we need people who think along and shape things," emphasizes trainer Sunay Sahin.
The management also emphasizes the importance of the training:
"We are incredibly proud of this achievement. It shows how important sound training is for our future. As a family-owned company with regional roots, we have been committed to quality and responsibility for over 55 years – and our trainees are a central part of this success story," says Alexander Reichhart.
Setting the course for the future
Today, Sonia works as an IMS consultant in the field of error management and plans to specialize further in quality management.
The entire #teamREICHHART congratulates on this outstanding performance!
