Marko Rehmböck, Managing Director Encory GmbH

Encory ensures closed product cycles thanks to intelligent processes. Services range from taking over reverse logistics and obsolete goods to providing digital solutions and comprehensive projects for the realignment of companies' aftersales areas. For instance, used vehicle parts are given a second life thanks to reconditioning, unusable parts are safely recycled and aftersales processes are optimised in terms of sustainability and efficiency.  The innovative joint venture between BMW Group and interzero always keeps the big picture in mind – realizing a sustainable approach as well as creating added economic value for their customers.

Being an integral part of the circular approach, smooth logistics processes play a central role and have a decisive influence on Encory's success model. In particular, the collection and delivery of automotive parts between the various logistics centres needs to be intelligently planned and reliably executed.

That is why, when it comes to transport logistics, Encory relies on REICHHART Logistik: in 2018, REICHHART was able to convince the Joint Venture with an individual transport concept with focus on efficient and sustainably optimised transports. However, there is a lot more to it than theory as implementation strength is what makes the cooperation successful. This is what REICHHART Logistik proves every day, realising high-quality services with a "carefree guarantee". After Encory enters their orders into the logistics service prodivers‘ web portal, collections and deliveries are coordinated and carried out punctually, reliably and sustainably. Having established a high level of expertise in the automotive indutry, REICHHART handles the wide range of parts, as well as the automotive industry’s special transport containers and even hazardous goods professionally and safely.

Reliability and high service orientation is what makes all the difference for Encory. This becomes particularly evident when looking at the future: with the first service period coming to an end, Encory has decided to once again trust REICHHART Logistik with transport logistics starting in the beginning of 2023. Focused on evolving their partnership, REICHHART and Encory are planning to jointly work on converting the manual order entry to a common data interface thus ensuring even higher data quality.
