Warehouse Logistics Operator

From goods receipt to dispatch: our colleagues in the warehouse have a wide variety of tasks. They ensure that all tasks are ready in time: by forklift truck, industrial truck or by picking and packing.


Team Leader Operational Logistics

Our group and team leaders are the driving motors of our locations. From preparation to work organization, up to the compliance with our quality guidelines, you are the point of contact for your teams. You train employees, assist in the development of new processes and support their implementation. In this way you enable day-to-day business to be carried out successfully for our customers.


Professional Drivers

In-plant, local or long-distance transport – our professional drivers have the choice. Whether in Germany or across Europe, they transport the goods of our customers in time and reliably to the destination. With our average one-year old vehicle fleet and tablet-based communication, we take to the road with a fresh and modern approach. In addition, we offer special further training for long-haul truck and heavy transports.



We plan and monitor the daily tours of over 70 vehicles. Our dispatchers communicate with both customers and drivers to ensure punctual and efficient handling of shipments. In addition to planning, design and implementation of new distribution structures, you also ensure responsible compliance with driving, resting and working hours of our professional drivers.


Project Manager

Planning, implementation and continuous optimization of the processes – our project managers are logistical all-round talents. You deal with tenders, prepare presentations for prospective clients and are involved until the project is wrapped up. In doing so, you never lose sight of profitability, quality and optimization potentials. We are looking for specialists with a focus on IT in addition to traditional logistics projects.


Software Development

Front-end, back-end and mobile area, the words C#.NET, C#ASP.NET MVC are by no means foreign to our employees. Together with our UX/UI team, we develop innovations for our logistics software motus in two-week development sprints. Depending on customer requirements, we also develop individual software extensions.


IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk

More than 300 employees depend on a functioning IT systems every day. Our team provides them with stable and secure IT infrastructures, hybrid cloud solutions, constant system automation. In this way, we ensure the smooth IT operations for all REICHHART staff on a daily basis.


UX / UI Design

Our UX / UI designers work to produce conceptual, visual and prototype solutions in the field of IT logistics. Working in close collaboration with Team Development, here ideas become solutions.


IT Project- and Application-Management

This area covers a wide range of IT tasks. The colleagues are responsible for selection, introduction and further development of all purchase software projects in the REICHHART Logistics Group and act as an intermediary between IT, service providers and competence centres.
