Philosophy
The success of the REICHHART Logistics Group is based on the performance, commitment, motivation and qualifications of our employees. However, one of the most important factors for the success of our entrepreneurial thoughts and actions is our corporate culture.
Our idea of corporate culture includes employees who assume personal responsibility for the success-oriented organisation of the work assigned to them. Acknowledgement of our employees' achievements is therefore of prime importance to us. This may take many forms, such as extensive personality development and further training opportunities, as well as an essentially success-oriented payment system. Teamwork, open communications, and a flow of information that goes way beyond hierarchical structures and departmental boundaries, are encouraged by a shallow organisational structure and the avoidance of bureaucracy.
Apart from the achievements of an individual or a team, social responsibility also has top priority for us. We consider mutual trust, esteem and respect for every personality character to be fundamental prerequisites.
Reichhart regards itself as being a problem solver for all of the transport and logistics challenges facing our customers in trade and industry. However, we are worlds apart from the traditional haulage contractors. Our objective is not to just carry goods from A to B, but to organise our customers' flows of commodities and information within a holistic concept. This process is intensified by the trend towards concentrating more on core competencies within the framework of globalisation that is evident in many companies today. We are therefore encountering a market with undreamt-off dimensions that constitutes the foundation of our future.
